These patches are doing wonders for my PHN. They soothe and calm.
I find these patches very helpful for dealing with the pain I have. They are a good size, the gel backing doesn’t seep round the edges and get on my clothes. I would love a patch shaped to go round my knee; I use the current patches but they do pull off as I flex my knee walking.
I’d also prefer a stronger patch and don’t understand why I can’t buy 5% strength patches.
